We only process data that is necessary to achieve specific purposes. Below is a summary of collected data by source:

Contact form
First and last name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, message content — for the purpose of responding to inquiries.
Email correspondence
Data contained in messages (first name, last name, email, other voluntarily provided information) — for the purpose of conducting business communication.
Contract execution
Company identification and address data, contact person details — for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract, issuing invoices.
Client portal
Login data (email), order history, address data — for the purpose of account management and order fulfillment.
Cookies
Anonymous analytical data (site traffic, visit source) — for the purpose of improving service quality. Details in section 6.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary — respectively — to answer your enquiry, conduct correspondence, or conclude and perform an agreement.

Personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

Contractor data
5 years from the end of the fiscal year — due to the obligation to archive accounting documents.
Quote inquiries
Up to 3 years from the last contact — for the purpose of potential claims or re-establishing cooperation.
Client portal account
Until the account is deleted by the user or by the administrator if the account has been inactive for more than 3 years.
Consent-based data
Until consent is withdrawn.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise the above rights, write to rodo@strefa-it.pl. We respond without undue delay, at the latest within one month (extendable by two further months for particularly complex requests, of which we will inform you).

Data transfers outside the EEA

As a rule, we do not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When using analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics), data may be processed by providers based in the USA — solely on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or an adequacy decision.
